Private documentary commissions for families, institutions and places of meaning.

At the center of my photography practice is a desire to (re)enchant the world: to reveal poetry within the visible.
The work is conceived as an artistic project, rooted in real stories and shaped by an authorial eye.
After moving away from a fast-paced executive career, I came to understand slowness as both a way of living and a working method.

Based in Porto; limited number of international commissions accepted each year.

The work is conceived as an artistic project, rooted in real stories and shaped by an authorial eye. It is not a substitute for conventional event, wedding or commercial photography.

For weddings, travel, retreats and intimate gatherings where intangible legacy is created.

For foundations and organizations that seek to document social, educational or cultural impact with care.

For architects and owners seeking an authorial perspective on how a place is made and how it is lived.

For enterprises that wish to honor the people whose work, care and craft sustain their mission.

Each commission is edited as a body of work, not as a volume of images. Its final deliverables are defined by the context and the way the work should live afterwards.

  1. 1

Initial conversation to understand the occasion, place, people involved, sensitivities, and the intentions behind the commission.

  2. 2

Individual proposal defining scope, days or visits, travel, deliverables, privacy, usage rights, timeline and investment.

  3. 3

Discreet presence during the commission, following the natural rhythm of the place and the people within it, without directing the scene or forcing an image.

  4. 4

Artistic editing and delivery as a photographic work: digital archive, portfolio box, prints, and other elements as proposed.

Before dedicating myself fully to visual arts, I built an executive career in luxury real estate development across the United States and Brazil, bringing ambitious architectural visions to life through residential and hospitality projects. Trained as a civil engineer, I hold an MBA from Columbia University and refined my analytical rigor as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

At the center of my artistic practice is a desire to (re)enchant the world: to reveal poetry within the visible. After moving away from a fast-paced business career, I came to understand slowness as both a way of living and a working method: a way to remain present and receptive.

That background informs how I enter new contexts: with discretion, structured listening, respect for human stories, and the ability to translate life into clear visual narratives.

Currently based in Porto. Former addresses: MadridNew YorkSão Paulo.

Private commissions begin at EUR 2,500, exclusive of VAT, and include a portfolio box with signed prints on Hahnemühle fine art papers.

Most works are proposed between EUR 5,000 and EUR 20,000, depending on duration, travel, and the final form of the work — archive, prints, book, exhibition etc.

A limited number of commissions are accepted each year.

I do not work through social media. To discuss a commission, please send me an email at info@eduardoveronese.com or use the form below.
